1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the MDM Hisab app, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Service Description

MDM Hisab is an independent utility app designed to help MDM Sanchalaks in Gujarat with:

  • Monthly hisab (accounting) calculations for PM POSHAN (Mid-Day Meal)
  • Auto-generating required PDF documents
  • Managing center details, rates, and entries
  • Simplifying reporting with pre-filled formats

3. App-Only Access

MDM Hisab is accessible only through the official Android app available on Google Play. There is no web version for managing hisab. The website (mdmhisab.com) is for informational and promotional purposes only.

4. User Account & Responsibilities

  • You must register with a valid phone number.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must provide accurate information regarding your center details.
  • You must not share your login credentials with others.

5. Center Data & Monthly Entries

All data you enter — including center name, shop info, rates, and monthly entries — is your sole responsibility. MDM Hisab is a tool for calculation and documentation only. We do not verify, validate, or guarantee the accuracy of the generated outputs.

6. Accuracy Disclaimer

MDM Hisab calculates results based on the data you provide. We are not responsible for any incorrect or incomplete hisab if wrong data was entered. Always review the final PDFs before submitting to any authority.

7. Purchases (Hisab-Based)

Certain features of the app require a paid purchase:

  • Purchases are hisab-based, meaning you pay per specific month's hisab access.
  • All purchases are processed securely through Google Play Billing.
  • Once a hisab is purchased and unlocked, it remains accessible.

8. Payment Terms

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.
  • Google Play handles all payment processing.

9. No Refund Policy (Strict)

All purchases made through MDM Hisab are final and non-refundable. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for complete details.

10. Data & Content

  • We store your data securely and handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • You retain ownership of the data you enter.
  • We may use aggregated, anonymized data for app improvements.

11. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Use the app for illegal activities.
  • Reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute any part of the app.
  • Use bots or automated scripts to interact with the app.
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.

12. Service Availability

We aim to keep MDM Hisab available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The app may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.

13. Limitation of Liability

MDM Hisab and its developers shall not be liable for:

  • Errors or losses caused by incorrect user data.
  • Data loss due to device issues or user actions.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account if:

  • The user violates any of these terms.
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
  • A request is made under our data deletion policy.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
